… we consider finding advertising mail that quite clearly draws your attention to the fact that, naturally, death is an inescapable fact. Today we had some mail that, outside on the envelope, said something about “death benefits inside”. Now I think they mean someone could get benefits after their death, and not that it’s something to help you die! ;) And last week we had some mail that wanted to persuade us to make provisions even now to be cremated after death. I’d really like to know how they get the addressees. Anyone over 60? Be it as it may, we certainly refuse to be bothered and simply trash all that stuff.
