Dry Season: The Texas Drought of 2011 – Collective Vision | Photoblog for the Austin American-Statesman.

We did have some rain during the last few days [4.25 inches total for December], but that does not by far compensate for the extreme drought of the last 1 1/2 years. The above mentioned photo essay from the Austin American-Statesman shows the magnitude of this drought in really alarming clarity.
